TripRoutesIndia is the inbound luxury travel arm of TripRoutes, a Mumbai-based travel company founded in 2016 by a team that has collectively spent over two decades inside India's travel industry — with backgrounds at Thomas Cook India, MakeMyTrip, and Travelguru. We did not arrive at travel as outsiders looking in. We grew up inside it, learning where the industry's promises usually fall short, and built TripRoutes specifically to close that gap for Indian travellers.
TripRoutesIndia exists to bring that same rigour to a different audience: international visitors and the Indian diaspora — NRIs returning home with new eyes — who want to experience India properly, not on a fixed coach schedule with forty strangers, but as a private, considered journey shaped entirely around them.
We started this brand because we kept meeting travellers abroad who loved the idea of India but feared the execution — the logistics, the scale, the unpredictability. Our answer was simple: do the hard work ourselves, on the ground, in advance, so the traveller only ever experiences the reward. Every hotel we recommend has been personally inspected. Every guide on our roster has been vetted for years, not weeks. Every itinerary is built from scratch, never recycled from a template.
That is the entire premise of TripRoutesIndia: India, As It Was Meant To Be Felt — not rushed, not generic, not seen through a coach window, but felt, slowly and properly, the way it deserves to be.
We treat India as a constellation of distinct journeys, not a single destination to tick off. Your itinerary is shaped around the India that suits you — desert forts, backwater calm, Himalayan stillness, or all three.
No fixed group departures, no shared coaches, no one else's pace dictating yours. Every TripRoutesIndia journey is designed and run exclusively for the traveller who booked it.
We do not outsource quality control. Hotels are inspected, guides are vetted, and routes are walked by our own team before they are ever offered to a guest.
Transparent pricing, realistic timelines, and straight answers — even when the honest answer is "skip that one." Our reviews consistently mention this before anything else.
